These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bori.life. By creating an account or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Bori.life provides AI-generated personality assessments based on traditional East Asian birth chart data (Saju). Reports are delivered as online content you view on our website, intended for entertainment and self-reflection only. There is no human reader, no live session, and no spiritual or religious advisor involved.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bori.life.

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Prices are displayed in USD, exclusive of applicable VAT or sales tax. The final total — including tax appropriate to your billing location — is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Reports are provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection.

Reports do not forecast events, make assertions about your future, or provide supernatural guidance. Content is framed as wellness and lifestyle insight and is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. Do not rely on the report for decisions that require professional judgment.

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view your report on our website for personal use. Resale, redistribution, public posting, or commercial use of the report content is not permitted.

You agree not to abuse the service, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering our pipeline, automated scraping, attempting to bypass payment, or using the service to harass others.

All content, branding, software, and the generated report templates are owned by Bori.life / Pillar (operator). Generated reports are licensed to you under Section 7; underlying templates and source materials remain ours.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
