Refund Policy

1. 30-day no-questions-asked refund
If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. We do not require an explanation.
2. How to request a refund
Use our contact form from the address associated with your purchase. Include:
- Your order ID (sent in the receipt email)
- The email address you used to check out
That's it. You are not required to explain why.
3. How long does it take
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. The funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After 30 days
Refund requests received more than 30 days after purchase are generally not honored. Statutory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected, and payment-network dispute rights operated by Dodo Payments continue to apply.
5. Access or technical issues
If you cannot access your report due to a technical issue on our side (the report page fails to load, content is missing or incomplete), contact support and we will restore your access at no charge. This does not consume your refund window.
